Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by TURKTECHNIC (Birkan Güler Group) through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of the website and any sourcing, quality assurance, or supply chain services offered. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. 2. Our Services TURKTECHNIC provides specialized Technical Sourcing, Quality Engineering, and Global Supply Chain Risk Mitigation services for industrial and technical products. Quote/Assessment: The submission of a Project Inquiry (including product requirements, certifications, and budget) constitutes a request for a preliminary assessment and quote, not a contractual agreement for services. Scope: Services are defined and formalized only upon the signing of a separate, mutual Service Agreement which will detail specific deliverables, quality protocols, and fees related to your project (e.g., Towels, Plywood, PVC sourcing). 3. Client Obligations The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely technical specifications, required certifications (e.g., FSC, OEKO-TEX), and regulatory requirements relevant to the destination market. TURKTECHNIC's ability to provide Certified Customs and Trade Compliance is directly dependent on the accuracy of this client-provided data. 4. Intellectual Property All content on the TURKTECHNIC website, including logos, text, design, and our service framework descriptions (e.g., Multi-Stage Quality Engineering), is the property of TURKTECHNIC and protected by international copyright laws. Client-provided project specifications and technical drawings remain the intellectual property of the client. 5. Limitation of Liability TURKTECHNIC acts as an independent service provider and strategic partner, managing supply chain risk and quality assurance on behalf of the client. We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the final saleability or success of a product in the client's market. TURKTECHNIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including, but not limited to, losses arising from manufacturing defects or unforeseen customs changes beyond our documented compliance audit. Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific Service Agreement under which the loss occurred. 6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
